DevDesk Queue Overview

DevDesk Queue is here to help students succeed at Lambda School. We streamline the process of student questions and staff assistance with our state-of-the-art ticket system. With DevDesk Queue, students can recieve assistance faster than ever with only a few simple steps.

Register With Us

To get started, visit DevDesk Queue. Once you have been redirected to our site, click or tap on the "Register" button in the top right corner. A form will appear, requiring your name, email, username and password. Once the form has been completed, click or tap on the "Register" button.

Log In To Your New Account

To log in, visit DevDesk Queue. Once you have been redirected to our site, click or tap on the "Login" button in the top right corner. A form will appear, requiring your username and password that you chose during registration. Once the form has been completed, click or tap on the "Login" button.

Creating A Ticket

As a student, you can create a ticket. To do this, visit DevDesk Queue and log in. Once you have been redirected to your student dashboard page, click or tap on the "Add Ticket" button in the upper-right corner of the page. From here, a form will appear. Fill out the ticket form and click or tap on the "Submit" button to create your new ticket.

Editing a Ticket

To edit a ticket, visit DevDesk Queue and log in. Once you have logged in, you will see your student dashboard with a list of all your tickets. Find the ticket you would like to edit, and click or tap on the ticket's "Edit" button. A form will appear with the ticket's data listed. Edit any of the ticket info, and click or tap on the "Submit" button to save your changes.
